The GSD Team “30 team members” is the entry gateway in VF Group Technology supporting wide range of services from Data Centre Infrastructure up to Enterprise & Consumer Services. Role Dimensions include: Customer Management Team Management & Development Operation Management

 Manage IT projects of Infrastructure Technology Domain including IP Networking, MS Servers, DBMS & Backup.  Manage Projects on site & remotely across Subsidiaries while covering the required processes for planning, risk assessment, reporting plus measuring budget & schedule variance  Manage Vendor/ Supplier contracts, generate related SLA reports & lead regular review meetings.

The CSP Team is a team of 24 skilled technical support engineers (Both on shore/ offshore) providing 2nd level Support

 Provide 2nd level of technical support for Data Networks Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM, Nortel DPN, Nortel Passport and Troubleshooting, IPNet (basic information) ICN/IGN/IP VPN network architecture, IP environment and Cisco routers.  Diagnose complex fault-related cases by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network/product utility programs.

 Systems Support including SAP & MS Servers  Managing company’s Network security through configuring & implementing firewall systems.(Sophos & MS ISA 2004).  Managing Client Server Applications through Dameware Utilities, Empirum Management Server
