Head of ERP for Elan. Set up a new business team with a mandate to open clients across Europe and deliver ERP recruitment solutions. Managed experienced consultants and increased contractor numbers.

Set up and managed Pan European ERP Agency for the Adecco Group. Built the business from 0 - 12 consultants in less than two years running 70 contractors across Europe. Personally billing and leading from the front. Running all aspects of this very successful Satellite business.
