allmyhomes is a leading PropTech founded by the ex CEO of Scout24. Built up the BI & Data Analytics department from scratch and led the central team of analysts, data scientists and data engineers. Implemented predictive ML models on lead scoring and dynamic pricing to boost profitability. Oversaw AWS data infrastructure and Tableau dashboards for both internal stakeholders (C-level, Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance) as well as external clients (real estate developers, brokerages, investors).

Redstone is a Berlin-based Venture Capital firm managing multiple VC Funds and working with corporate venture funds. We reinvented corporate Venture Capital through our VC-as-a-Service model, which connects industry leaders with ambitious founders. Acquired two large corporate/DAX clients. Managed the €100m+ Deutsche Bahn Digital Ventures CVC fund investing into mobility, logistics, AI and IoT ventures.

> 2016: Consulted company builder and disruptive tech startups (CEOs) on overall strategy, pitch and investors/fundraising. > 2015-16: CEO at Mynigma: Responsible for strategy, sales and finance for automated, secure e-mail encryption app (CeBIT Innovation Award). Generated pipeline of 100+ B2B leads and achieved commercial go-to-market with 10 signed B2B customers. > 2015: Co-Founder at JobXChange: Developed digital marketplace for external job-rotation (“ERASMUS for professionals”).

Built up and led the Investment Manager team of hub:raum Berlin (DTAG incubator). Generated deal flow of > 1000 startups per year. Oversaw investments such as Blinkist, Salonmeister, Vigour.io, qLearning, Contiamo (all received VC follow-on invests). Also led the Partnering (Internal Sales & Biz Dev) team in Berlin, Darmstadt and Bonn, successfully feeding startup technologies to DT’s corporate innovation areas (e.g. IoT, Security, Health, SaaS). Achieved growing portfolio value (IRR > 30%) and first exits.

Developing the strategy and online business for Deutsche Telekom's Digital Services (PSN): Assessing M&A targets and Internet business models. Negotiating with innovative global startup partners. Evaluating latest market trends and competition in Advertising, Cloud, LBS, Media, Classifieds, Social, etc. Defining the product portfolio strategy for top management. Recommending growth actions to the Digital Business Units.

Led cross-functional projects for the (then) fastest-growing online matchmaker worldwide, backed by Index Ventures. Developed business plan for Indian business and became Country Manager India (P&L responsibility, go-to-market in 4 months). Led group-wide sales-up project spanning TV Ads, Online Mktg, Product and Country Mgt, improving profitability by 25%. Prioritized product requests across 37 countries. Drove strategic initiatives to optimize country and deal portfolio. Headed social network integration.

Shaped online credibility scoring application. Interviewed potential customers in Silicon Valley. Wrote full business plan. Developed Facebook application. Pitched to seasoned entrepreneurs and Sand Hill Road venture capitalists. Mentored by Gordon Eubanks, former CEO of Symantec.
