Main Duties and Accomplishments Trilingual guide: - for three month I animated guided tours in English, German and French for international visitors and costumers. - on average 4 guided tours of 50 minutes per day. - the groups I took in charge counted between 2 and 19 persons. Receptionist: - entered the bookings with MS office - answered questions and requests via Outlook - received the visitors and costumers - answered phone calls for the Guided tours Department
