Greenfield: Two 30,000 sqm home improvement hypermarkets and two smaller retail branches. Built the entire IT environment from bare walls for 200+ workstation users and 25 cash desks: server rooms, cabling, networking, POS, and all supporting infrastructure. Helpdesk: Assembled and trained a 4-person team. Defined support workflows and escalation procedures from the ground up. Systems: System running on 1C ERP, POS terminals, fiscal printers, scales, and cabling across all locations.

Sole Engineer: 20 branches, 600+ users, one IT person. Covered the entire country with remote and on-site support.

Joined as a QA specialist for 1C ERP implementations, then advanced to Solution Architect. Led a small delivery team (two programmers, a QA tester, and a co-architect) across multiple client projects. Tracked scope in Jira.

Owned functional and exploratory testing for web and ERP applications. Wrote test cases, caught edge-case bugs, and translated client business requirements into actionable task specs for the dev team.

Fleet: Kept Wincor Nixdorf ProCash 1500, 20xx, and 8000 ATMs running. Diagnosed mechanical, electrical, and software faults. Onboarding: Managed a critical 2-week rollout of 420 ATMs during a client bank transition. Personally verified and configured 200 units to meet the deadline, securing the service contract. Training: Put together training materials and final exams. Ran technical lectures for new engineers.
