My responsibility in this team lies in the business aspects of our new ventures and working closely together with other team members to create a holistically attractive customer experience, product, and business model.

- IT Project Management - File Sharing tool - Customer Releationship Management (CRM) tool - Website My responsibilities during my time in the Open Innovation department included IT Project Management of three tools that would allow the company to better collaborate and be up to date on the progress of initiatives.

Through the Internship at Trade Junior I gained valuable experience in Foreign Trade. From the moment of the clients' wish to export a product until it's actual exportation to the importing of samples of products for clients wishing to import to Brazil. Knowledge about taxation, shipping and insurance were also obtained whilst working on research projects. My understanding of German, English, Spanish, French and Portuguese provided to be very helpful to the other team members.
