Technical escalation point for Cisco Voice Services from all related teams (Implementation, Operations, Change and Release management, Design, etc) Support Presales and Consultants with feature validation, POC, and demos, including customer interfacing. Testing new features and services requests Design and documentation. Training and knowledge sharing for different teams and customers.

• Implementation and configuration of different Cisco Voice solutions (IPT – UCCX –Unity – Attendant Console and other IPT products) for multinational major business customers , plus on-call support till site handover to operation. • Revise design documents for the proposed solution, and modify them when needed. • Technical reference, including supporting team members, driving interviews for candidates, mentoring newly joined members, and acting as point of contact for key major customers.

• Mentoring team members and prepare handover sessions • Task assignment and auditing • Drive technical interviews for candidates • Report to top management current projects and services status • Top technical escalation level for all provided services • Enhancing workflows between network service operations team and other teams.

• Services implementation and enhancement (Cisco hosted IPT and IPCC, hosted DataCenter over Cisco UCS, triple play, WiFi, DSL, DNS, AAA) • Third-level support, and contacting vendors for support if needed • Services design, documentation, and handover • Multi-vendor knowledge (Juniper, Cisco, EMC, VmWare, Alcatel, Microsoft)

• Traffic engineering and QoS configuration • Third-level support for caching servers, Core network, and DSL service • H/W maintenance cycle ownership
