My role at Huntress Group is to establish an Internal Recruitment function suitable to deal with the high hiring demands of the business globally and at all levels of seniority. This involves sourcing and screening candidates as well as frequent meetings with Managers and Directors to ensure their needs are met in both a timely and efficient fashion.

My role as part of Hydrogen Group’s Internal Recruitment team was to place candidates in their offices globally. Entry level hiring was done directly through the Internal Recruitment team using no agencies. Therefore my role encompassed all aspects of hiring from thinking up initiative sourcing methods to building relationships with hiring managers & senior management across the business.
