Structuring & Syndicating Project Finance loan facilities. Analysis of loan market including regular contact with market participants and drafting of underwriting memos; Update market reviews; Bookrunning & Execution of transactions in the syndicated loan market. A record of more than 20 successfully executed loan facility arrangements in Power and Utilities, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Real Estate and not exclusively and I worked closely with clients and financial institutions from EMEA, Asia and Americas.
