Coordinating global software upgrades on Tekelec EAGLE STP product. Due to the critical role of this equipment in phone network operators' networks these upgrades need to be prepared and executed with precision and excellence. My role also involves participation in the ongoing development of the product and the upgrade procedures keeping an eye on making the upgrade as non-intrusive and stable as possible.

Leading a team of engineers spread across UK, France, Germany, Egypt and Morocco to provide first and second line support for mobile network operators in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Role inculded regular customer meetings, cooordination with peers and superiors in US and France as well as performance mangement, training and supervision of both employyes and contractors.

Csutomer SUpport Engineer for Europe. Middle East and Africa, handling first and second line support remotely and on site if required. Role included software upgrades to equipment and on-call support outside fo office hours

Second level Customer Support engineer for Periphonics IVR products (VPS-is, MPS) working especially with international partners and OEM resellers in EMEA region. Role included out-of-hours support, travel to site for escalations and mentoring of new/inexperienced colleagues. I also got involved in code review and feature development process when integrating a CORBA based interface to the product.

Internal support for wireless network planning tool Tornado, administrating local server netwrok in Munich, Germany, providng support for global engineers workign with the same tool, training global teams on administration of locla netwrks (SUN Solaris based).
