Working on a digital product focused on well-being. Responsible for designing intuitive and engaging UI for both web and mobile platforms, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team—including developers, marketing, and stakeholders—to ensure a cohesive and user-centered experience across platforms. Actively contributing to feedback cycles, aligning design decisions with product goals, and helping shape a consistent visual language.

The goal was to design a desktop application to support the sales and consulting teams in managing customer acquisition workflows. I led the UX/UI design of an internal tool that streamlines lead qualification and follow-up, helping teams handle solar installation inquiries. One key challenge is building a flow that works during live phone calls — speed, clarity, and accuracy are critical.
