As part of the international Salesforce team of Cultural Care Au Pair division my main responsibilities are: - Rolling out the new mobile friendly user experience for potential Au-pairs across 26+ sales countries - Leading re-factoring initiatives to ensure the long-term sustainability, performance and reliability of our Salesforce CRM - Evaluation of our current Community Cloud portfolio - Supporting the Lightning experience adaption

As part of the global Salesforce team I was responsible for supporting the Global Parts division of AGCO by leading the effort to understand business needs. Moreover I also acted as System Administrator and made among others production deployments. Main results: - BA support of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (B2C Marketing Automation solution from Salesforce) implementation project - Migration of the global Parts organization (~700 Users) to Lightning user interface

As Salesforce Business Analyst my role was to create and implement new or enhanced processes and tools in order to improve sales, marketing; balancing business needs with technical complexity in order to meet its business strategy. I was a member of the Iron Mountain global Salesforce team which was responsible for more than 40 countries in EMEA, NA, LA, APEC regions.

The primary purpose of my role was to create, maintain and support reporting capabilities to enable the European business to manage the performance of sales, marketing and service teams in order to drive increased sales and improved customer retention.
