After being an active member, I decided I want to take more responsibility. Therefore, I successfully applied to become a Board Member of the fifth ROYALS CUP. The Board consists of 7 members in total, and each Manager is in charge of their own committee. Tasks consist of: - Coordinating a committee - Close work together with the other members - Organisation of all sport-related topics - Communication with all participating universities - Recruitment & Coordination of volunteers

The Sports-Committee is responsible to decide about the the different sports disciplines, rules and regulations. Furthermore, we were in charge of the whole event schedule and the communication with all the universities

During my internship, I went through all the different departments in order to get insight into all the different processes. Starting with customer service where I gained experience on how to proceed with customer requests. Not to forget, the departments that are in the backroom of the whole concern in which I learned about the procedures that are fulfilled in order to maintain the everyday-business.
