-Supervised staff of 30 employees, providing training, resulting in a improvement of productivity. -Successfully carried out a digitalization project which significantly increased overall productivity. -Increased productivity by 2% by eliminating bottlenecks, reducing machine time, and improving operator ergonomics. -Reduced manufacturing cost by 6% by carrying out cost-reduction activities such as minimizing the scrap and child part rejection. -Conducted process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA).

-Analysed and resolved mass production issues in the vehicle using QC problem-solving techniques such as 8D analysis, 5 why analysis, etc. -Completed a project for setting up a new inspection line which resulted in reduction of inspection time and improved operator ergonomics. -Conducted regular audits of In-house processes and provided constructive feedback which resulted in process improvement. -Reduced overall inspection time in vehicle quality inspection by implementing kaizens at bottle-neck areas.

-Resolved Supplier quality issues by conducting regular audits of suppliers, reviewed Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents, and verified countermeasures. -Performed root cause analysis and implemented corrective actions for quality problems using 6-Sigma and TBP – Toyota Business Practices. -Led a supplier location change project, resulting in improved quality and supplier performance. -Completed a project on localization of weather strips supplier, which resulted in effective cost reduction.
