Participation to the Italian major exhibition for recreational vehicles, Salone del Camper in Parma. Participation to international sales meetings in Germany.

Support to European customers in the foreign sales department: Spain, France, Belgium, Russian-speaking countries. Support to Italian customers (2020-2021). Stock goods: organization of online flash-sales with the most important European online players (Privalia, Vente Privée, Zalando, Yoox, Tk Maxx). Participation in the MICAM fair, Milan. Customer service for the company's B2C platform (2018): use of Zendesk and Magento. Improvement in using Excel.

Italian and foreign sales department. Daily contact with Italian and foreign customers, sales agents, suppliers and forwarders; administration of production orders, processing of quotations and preparation of samples; issue of transport documents and invoices; participation in ModAmont and DENIM By Première Vision tradefairs in Paris.

Foreign sales department - German-speaking area (DACH); administration of production orders, stock orders, picking orders, preparation of quotations and samples. Daily contact with German-speaking customers, sales agents and suppliers. Participation in the Munich Fabric Start tradefair in Munich, Germany.
