The great challenge behind my actual activity is to introduce a complete new quality system, extremely focused on customers' needs, to reach the recertification process with the new ISO 9001:2015. Bottom up approach based my activity has focused first to enforce the communication with customers and suppliers, in order to be able to evaluate the defects occurring in the Value Chain. Strong competences in quality developed in the last 10 years, leadership style, ability to develop teams are part of my DNA.

Main responsibilities: • Process Owner in the implementation of SAP • Define and coordinate strategic project for plants improvements • Define and account savings related to improvements in production and warehouse management • Coordinate teams over different plants and countries • Roll out of monthly saving report to the MCOP structure • Take care of benchmarking and best practice accounting within the plants and the whole group

With responsibility over improvement project in production and warehouses of the Business Line spread in Europe I have been in charge of defining and coordinating strategic project for plants improvements. Benchmarking and best practice accounting within the plants and the whole group have also been the way to structure all the projects and to share our activities through the different teams.

During this period I have been in charge of developing and improving the Quality System according to ISO 9001 and the mandatory Annexes of the product standards. I have established the Factory Production Control in order to ensure customer orientation and quality assurance, taking 6 product lines to CE certification. Also in charge of H&S I have established a Behaviour Based Safety that had taken the plant to no accidents in 2007 coming from 11 in 2005.

Developing the company business through the introduction of new technologies to enlarge the portfolio. Direct support to the customer I have managed project in the Aerospace and Automotive market from the analysis of needs to the solution, till the sales and post sales activities.
