Reporting into SAP Account Manager Responsible for managing the day to day activities for the SAP Italy & Spain agent teams (total 9 agents) and ensuring that the teams individually, and collectively, reach the sales objectives and KPIs jointly set by the client and 3D2B. Responsible for executing the representation of SAP’s extensive product portfolio into the Italian and Spanish small and medium enterprise markets.

Responsible for cold-calling and generating high quality leads in the HP Italian print market and distributing them to HP Sales. Ensuring that all lead targets, lead criteria and lead quality metrics had been met.
