The Avis Pharmaceutical company changed their name to Netson İlaç. We placed an order while preparing for the Ministry of Health inspection. I gained knowledge on creating procedures and instructions such as Purified water system validation procedure, computational system validation procedure etc. for the quality control laboratory. I saw how to carry out an aseptic process simulation and learned its stages.

While opening a closed factory, I learned what to do. I learned how to write procedures and instructions for the quality control lab. I performed AMV. I learned how to drive the processes and reporting stages of analyses. During this validation, I used Agilent HPLC (VWD) and Shimadzu HPLC (UV). I improved myself in the LabSolutions software, such as manual peak integrations for impurity analyses, assay processes, etc. I saw how to carry out an aseptic process simulation and learned its stages.

I was doing the analyses of solid drugs such as TLC, Average weight,Mass Variation, LOD, Dissolution, Flow Through, HPLC, UVIdentifying etc.

Investigated guanosine based hydrogels in 3D BioX to acquire more stable hydrogels for mimicking soft tissues inside the human body for the final project.

We're trying introgressing herbicide resistance in european rice varieties. I was working with pcr, in vitro embryo rescue etc.

I worked in production department. I learnt how it does the magnesium cloride made in different sizes in the meanwhile, I examined the machines and the plans of the whole area with the stream in and outs.

I did my internship in the quality and control laboratory and I was doing the drug sample quantification,I learnt the machines principles and was looking for the drug can be soluble etc.
