• Record, track and quickly process; • Optimize repair processes by tracking and managing the complete service cycle.; • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Create and manage service contracts. Accurately define the level of service; • Installed Base - Record and track detailed information on products and incurred service; • Service Planning - Set up service policy and processes in line with business needs; • Service Analysis - Monitor the quality and profitability of customer service at all times.

• For one project, to be responsible for preparation/verification of drill parts or compoents for manufacturing, to be in charge of technical specification by working closely with project manager and other relevant departments, to make supplier follow-up to guarantee quality and project milestones (kick-off meeting, planning, quality report), from PO to final delivery. • To participate to supplier audit/qualification/commisioning process.
