Created Business Strategy through analysis of market and business requirements. Delivered business improvements significantly increasing sales,profit and ROCE. Introduced Total Cost of Quality (TCQ) reducing costs by 7% within 4 months.

Responsible for providing central Technical service to all companies within the group together with New Product Development, Marketing support, Acquisitions,Technology Transfer and Development Collaborations.
