 Currently working with Adient India Pvt ltd Pune, As Sr.Design Engineer , in “ Seat Structure & Mechanism Division”  A competent professional with total experience of 5.9 years in the field of “Design and Development”.

Working as Associate Design Engineer in Transmission (Drive Train Engineering) Finalise the technical requirements of drive line according to vehicle configuration & its application. Engineering / Supplier sign off of Propeller shaft with M/s. Co-ordination with COE for freezing the rear axle variant for particular vehicle application. Integration and finalisation of propeller shaft assembly on vehicle chassis using 3D CAD Package. Co-ordination with CFT for Design Review, DFMEA, DFA & DFS, DVVP.

 Working as Design Engineer in Automotive Domain.  Design by using Unigraphics cad system.  Model simple or complex parts and assemblies as well as dependent components.  Apply GD and T for both assemblies and dependent components with engineering guidance.  Develop new design and re-design using internal and external prints, models, sketches.
