ACHIEVEMENTS: - Increased audit compliance rate from 77% to 94% in 2 months by implementing error analysis strategies to correct process failures. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managed a team of 150+ employees, providing feedback and training to maintain production, quality, and safety standards. - Led projects focused on cost reduction and efficiency (OEE) using data and root cause analysis. - Monitored KPIs, developed corrective action plans, and reported daily to management and the board.

- Developed an application using Google tools to optimize quality audits, enhancing management and decision-making based on audit results. - Managed non-conformities and production deviations, applying problem-solving tools to enhance quality. - Responsible for the development and the release of all manufacturing documents (Process flow charts, work instructions, control plan). - Responsible for capability studies, enhancing equipment Cp and Cpk numbers by 35%, reducing process variability.

- Responsible for creating, reviewing and monitoring the execution of maintenance plans for industrial equipment and machinery, reducing the breakdown rate of critical process equipment. - Analysis of equipment failures, incidents and accidents, using tools such as the Ishikawa Diagram and Root Cause Analyses. - Responsible for drawing up more than 200 maintenance work instructions and one-point lessons for technicians and operators, with the aim of standardizing activities and strictly following GMP.

The program covered the design of mechanical and thermal systems, structures and machine elements, from their conception, analysis and selection of materials to their manufacture, control and maintenance. In my thesis, I addressed the topic of total productive maintenance and the implementation of technologies to optimize maintenance management.

Course covering knowledge and know-how related to the sustainability of the production process, technical standards and reports, legislation in the field, new technologies related to Industry 4.0, team leadership, solving technical problems and conflict management.
