- Working in project for Vodafone Turkey - Defining , developing and executing SQL code/ algorithms - Supporting marketing business process including: reports and customer segmentation from multimillion record tables - Creating new queries as a basis for data analysis - Optimizing existing queries for performance enhancement - Making customer segmentation for the campaigns for pre-paid subscribers and reporting, analysing the results of the campaigns for Vodafone Turkey.

Consolidation of 25 sub-company reports of IBB with IBM Cognos TM1 and IBM Cognos BI, I was the responsible of all project end to end. Turkcell: Working in Customer Solution Center team with the title of Business Intelligence Reporting Development Specialist. I'm working as an outsource staff. Reporting environment is Cognos BI. Also I’m making data analysis for DWH.

As a member of Information Systems team, analysing new projects of business and providing new projects' data to DWH, maintaining and updating DWH, supporting ETL process and designing and producing standard and ad-hoc reports to other departments using Business Objects and free hand SQL.

Making data analysis, daily, weekly, monthly reports to management of banks and other departments of bank, using Business Objects, SQL Server and other reporting tools. As the team, providing all reporting and data requirements of the bank, designing and producing standard and ad-hoc reports, meeting with the other departments to analyze their reporting requirements to produce new reports.

In attended CPM Projects; Making Analysis, Data Modeling, ETL, making OLAP Cubes, Reporting with Cognos Business Intelligence, creating End User Documents, giving End User Education and after the project making assistance.
