I offer consulting and coaching on leadership and strategy development. I share my experiences in vision and strategy development, business process modeling, scaling and digitization for social change organizations (NGOs, companies, initiatives). At the same time, I'm still working for Campact on knowledge documentation and the development of new concepts.

I founded Campact together with Christoph and Felix in 2004/2005. During the 12 years I was involved in all important areas of the organisation. From political campaigning, the legal structure, budget planning, recruiting, communications (newsletters, social media, website, press) to strategic tech development. Together with Christoph and Felix I had the chance to create a new, very fast, digitally oriented, agile organizational form for citizen participation and policy making in Germany.

Wemove.eu is a european campaigning organisation empowering more than 500.000 (January 2017) citizens getting involved in European policy making. It is a spin off from Campact and our sister organisation 38-Degrees in UK. I was involved in developing the concept and organisational corner stones, in recruiting the core staff members, setting up goals and key performance indicators.

From April to December 2004 I prepared the launch of Campact. I was responsible for analysing the best practice blueprint from the United states and adapt the model to the German context, identify and test substantial hypothesis, setting up the legal structure and the tech.

Visiting Research Fellow am Centre for the Study of Globalisation and Regionalisation (CSGR)

Research and Teaching at the Institute for International and Intercultural Studies (InIIS). Writing my PhD, development of a study-accompanying website for the introduction of international relations, participation in the development of a learning unit for the nationwide e-learning project "Politikon". Teaching event: "Global governance and NGOs in world politics". Publication: NGO campaigns and their influence on international negotiations, Nomos 2006.

Conception, development, purchase and conversion of a former barracks building in Verden to a founding center with more than 13 cooperative companies and initiatives and more than 30 jobs. My duties included lobbying for political enforcement, negotiation, fundraising, personnel support, public relations, coordination and advice and support for the reestablishment of various self-governing companies.

The Verden Environment Agency was a platform for the development and implementation of alternative project ideas and political initiatives. Emphasis was laid on the support of local, ecological, self-governing enterprises and political initiatives such as the support of protests against nuclear transports and the final disposal in Gorleben, Lower Saxony.
