Software tooling for IC verification: - (Python/Embedded C) Comminication bridging between computer and IC with various buses, e.g. I2C/SPI/SPMI - (SystemVerilog) RTL design and implementation on FPGA for customized communication protocol - (Python) Software framework development for IC life time test, e.g. sequence managerment, database, instrument driver and GUI development - Coordinating of work among different teams

- Software development, code maintenance and documentation for CE & FDA - Software testing (static/dynamic) and code coverage analysis - Signal analysis / data mining for logged medical data (ECG, CSP)

- AutoFLOW (http://www.autoflow-project.eu/) This project focuses on the automated analysis for flow cytometric data of Leukemia. My role is to refactor the algorithm from R to C++ and to implement an online telematics platform. - Wellbeing (http://www.aal-europe.eu/projects/wellbeing-2/) This project uses a RGB-D camera to evaluate the healthy level for the positions of office workers. My task includes the implementation of the client software on an embedded Linux device and the network communication.

Ph.D. thesis: Research on the quantization method for biological features of leukocyte based on microscopic images
