Having experience in management of a software development project of a new e-learning solution. The project was initiated on the occasion of my suggestion for improving end user training process. This web based solution (PHP and Flash Action Script) has also a capability of creating interactive contents. All required contents for end users of ERP solution was generated and delivered by this application. The project was funded by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (budget 350K $).
