Technical lead for end-of-life validation of two SiC traction inverter generations: AURIX/TRACE32 reactivation, CANoe/ECU-Test validation, teardown and root cause analysis. Upgraded HV testbench (1.5 kV/60 A, 3 kA/60 V). Automation cut per-unit cycle time ~70%. Sole DGUV-certified Elektrofachkraft on site.

Embedded at BMW R&D (FIZ). Promoted to Teamleiter HW-Entwicklung/Elektronik (E4) within 11 months. Led 10 engineers with full disciplinary authority (hiring, reviews, salary, probation). Grew annual billable revenue from EUR 1.0M to 1.5M (+50%). Primary technical/commercial interface to BMW. Stayed hands-on in HV inverter commissioning, schematic review, EMC troubleshooting and failure analysis.

Embedded at BMW R&D (FIZ). Commissioned and debugged prototype PCBs across 2 SiC inverter generations and 14 hardware revisions (400 V, 300/380/420 A), incl. rework and signal extension for EMC/EMI evaluation. Test and verification of BMS and HV inverter subsystems at HiL and system level. Schematic/layout reviews. Authored Lastenhefte in an ISO 26262 V-model. Primary technical interface to BMW from the first month.

Designed and verified electrical schematics for commercial and industrial AC power systems; circuit analysis to resolve non-linear load issues. On-site commissioning and acceptance testing with clients; optimised installation workflows (~10% time reduction).

Industry placement within the B.Sc. Co-Op programme. Developed and validated hardware models for defence, aerospace and medical applications; designed VHDL-based verification structures.

Thesis: four-legged autonomous robot with voice control and indoor self-localisation (Xbox Kinect depth sensing, Raspberry Pi 3, MATLAB/Python path planning). Co-Op industry placement at Sanmina (hardware verification, VHDL).
