Working with organizations such as WWF Global to support leaders to work through challenges with an innovative mind-set, to design solutions that are human-centered and to activate the creative brain in every human being. With the support of the Design Thinking method, I focus on understanding the problem first and only after having truly understood every aspect of it, we'll work on designing prototypes that serve the people and planet.

With all the knowledge that I gained from coaching 60+ teams worldwide on organizational development, team culture, team structure and change management, I support individuals and organizations to work through challenges in order to create a more resilient system that serves us all.

The world is currently going through a huge transition into the virtual world. With my knowledge of coaching and training organizations and teams across the globe virtually for more than 8+ years, I am thrilled to share my knowledge. My focus lies in bringing more authenticity and vulnerabiliy into the virtual world. Really creating a sense of WE in each interaction we do. This also works online. YES!

For two years, I lead the growth of the Impact Hub Network and increased the number of locations from 50 to 100 worldwide. The responsibility for the growth, team culture and acceleration strategy allowed me to step into my strength of zooming out of the big picture and to still see the unique needs for organizational change in every aspect of the network. Coaching 60+ teams worldwide on organizational development, team culture, team structure and change management, has deeply influenced my being.
