Leading a department with around 30 people with the focus on project management and acquisition within the research and development organization. In this role I´m responsible to develop and empower the team to fulfil the needs for the future.

Managing and leading a team of 15 people in the department Swarovski Technology. In this role I'm responsible providing support for all team members and implementing new Project Management methods for a better development. Furthermore I`m supporting the Management to transfer the organization into an agile organization. Nevertheless I´m still leading some projects to always see what my team may further need.

As a Sen. Tech. Project Manager, I was leading a project team to develop production machines for internal and external users. Main focus was to maintain a project plan, which outlines a project´s tasks, milestone dates, status, focus on the team members and allocation of resources to stakeholders and other interested parties. Depending on the projects types I used agile methods or more classic ones.

As a Product Development & Planning Manager in BKK, I was leading a team responsible for two development launch dates including around 500 SKU‘s. The main focus was on planning, tracking status , updating and coordinate with different teams in the product development (Thailand) to fulfil the needs of the designers and markets. This role is the key-interface between the HQ and the development department during the development project phase until the ramp up phase in the production.

As a senior my field of work involved the guidance to the maturity phase of the product. Furthermore it covers the implementation of internal or external production of the department Customized Production Solution (revenue > 500k€). Within this task I managed a team of 15 people project based with the aim to fulfill the technical customer needs additional to the the standard product range. I will act as a connection between internal and external development on the one hand and the costumer on the other hand

As substitution for a colleague, who was on maternity leave, I had the possibility to intensify my knowledge abroad in Hong Kong. As person in charge I was responsible for product development as well as for external parts for Customized Product Solution, which have been produced in China. This field of work involved auditing of suppliers, obtaining offers as well as the monitoring of the production in China.

As a Manager I was responsible for the supervision of the development to the production maturity within the internal production of new products in the department of Customized Product Solution (revenue < 500k€). Within this field of responsibility I led my project team to realize personalized customer requirements which were not part of the standard range

As a junior manager I was responsible together with my colleagues for the whole development process of product groups crystal figurines. Within this position I was the key interface between all production steps, the design department and marketing in Switzerland.
