As a Sen. Tech. Project Manager, I was leading a project team to develop production machines for internal and external users. Main focus was to maintain a project plan, which outlines a project´s tasks, milestone dates, status, focus on the team members and allocation of resources to stakeholders and other interested parties. Depending on the projects types I used agile methods or more classic ones.
As a Product Development & Planning Manager in BKK, I was leading a team responsible for two development launch dates including around 500 SKU‘s. The main focus was on planning, tracking status , updating and coordinate with different teams in the product development (Thailand) to fulfil the needs of the designers and markets. This role is the key-interface between the HQ and the development department during the development project phase until the ramp up phase in the production.
