Responsible for Yettel's Telco Network Security: Core Network, NFVI, IT Security, Network Security, Firewalls, VoLTE, VoWifi, 5G

Working in the Planning department, responsible for a Core Network modernization, including planning and implementing a virtualized Telco Cloud Platform (NFVI, VNFs - based on OpenStack). Support smaller projects, like cloud platforms built on Huawei FusionSphere.

Responsible for various topics, like team and processmanagment, consultancy in technical areas, contribute in financial planning/reviews, technical review of operational documentations/change request, create and maintain process descriptions, fulfill OPM role for various new features in OTC, act as Release and deployment manager or Scrum Master/Agile Coach in specific cases

OTC (Open Telekom Cloud) is based on Openstack (FusionSphere), the project is a strategical partnership with Huawei. Responsible for build-up the team, handle and implement operational tasks in the daily work, manage the whole team and take part of the development related to the platform operation.

In the role of Automation Officer I was responsible for collecting and sharing ideas, usecases, best practices from and to the operation field. Besides this, acting as Process Expert/Consultant in the fields of Incident and Change Management topics for the service line.

Coordinating and leading a Core Process team with 16 members in Automotive/Finance customers area. Main services covered by my team were Lead Incident/Change/Problem Management and Security Management. I was responsible for build-up the team than continuously improve the working conditions (cost-effectivity, people development, etc.) and besides that provide IT and Process/ITIL training courses for the whole delivery unit (~250 person).

Supervising the quality of changes in the customer's IT environment. Moderating CAB's, approving changes, creating reports, presenting changes in CCAB's. Take part in Service improvement and service design activites.
