I am currently working on Master Thesis called "Optimum Heat Exchanger Network Design considering Safety, Operability, Flexibility, Controllability & Cost Analysis

Working on EPCM project: Revamp of HDH (High-Pressure Hydrogenation) of Production of Medical Oil • Working on Basic & Detail Engineering of the project in process and piping department.

Production planning and control of overall piping activities in plant as per requirement of client, in accordance with ASME and API standards. Interpretation of drawings (P&ID, GA, Isometric) Oversaw the fabrication, erection, shut down and commissioning of Plant. Monitored the welding activities & the testing of pipe welding (Hydro testing, Non-Destructive Testing) and Coordinate with QC Department for welding procedure and test results.

Ensured that the quality and productivity was maintained on site as per the requirements of client and accordance with ASME and API standards. Interpretation of drawings (P&ID, GA, Isometric) Supervised the fabrication, erection & installation of pipelines & maintained the require documents. Handled cold cutting procedures and shut down, Tie-in jobs of new flow line with existing pipeline. Monitored the welding activities and witnessed the testing of pipe line. (Hydro testing, Non-Destructive Testing).

• Supervised the piping construction work at site and handled the overall activity of site work. • Interpreted piping drawings and report design department regarding modification according to site condition as well as client requirement. • Evaluation of the work in progress and given the planning of work, in advance.
