As a part of Fishing for Experience from TUHH, I was involved in Developing a low-cost, simple prototype of a pilot-scale automatic or semi-automatic filling machine that accurately meters high-viscosity fluids such as oils, lotions, shampoos or creams. Tasks- Creation of schematics for the prototype Planning and listing of the required hardware and software for the realization of the prototype Project management (including time and budget planning)

Optimization of the electroporation parameter for the electrotransformation of Clostridium pasterianum

I worked on generating aptamers for the protein MPT-51 of M.tuberculosis as a potential diagnostic tool for Tuberculosis Meningitis. Through this project, I learnt many techniques like SELEX for aptamer synthesis, the procedure for selection of aptamers and protein purification techniques.
