Deputed at Airbus Operations GmbH, Hamburg, managing 10 AFT Fuselage Structure work packages for a new Freighter aircraft programme. Coordinated cross-functional teams from concept to production, managed a €50M annual budget, drove schedule and deliverable tracking, developed KPI dashboards for 10,000+ components, and applied cost controlling, EVM and structured risk management to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.

Established and led a new global offshore development center for Henkel, building a 20-member high-performing team and implementing project governance, processes and performance reporting. Secured 35 projects from global automotive OEMs by coordinating technical delivery with Henkel’s global engineering centers. Improved team productivity through Kanban-based workflow optimization and streamlined task allocation.

Led end-to-end development of key front-end components for the Supercarry LCV, from concept and design through prototyping, validation and mass production. Coordinated cross-functional engineering activities and resolved build and test issues, delivering INR 2M in cost savings through design and material optimization. Led a cross-functional taskforce for Maruti Omni, reducing weight by 700g and generating INR 5M in annual savings.

Delivered detailed design, drawing (DFM/DFA) and development of Front Bumper system for a Swift Hatchback facelift Program from concept to mass production within project timelines by executing detailed design work, building prototypes, conducting rigorous testing, and performing fitment trials to ensure product quality and integrity.

Supported the Zen Estilo Facelift and CNG Variant by resolving build and validation issues through design changes, drawing updates and timely ECN releases. Coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure ECN implementation and component availability for vehicle trials and testing. As department ECN Coordinator, reduced the backlog of ECNs older than two weeks by 90% through structured reviews and team support.
