- Market Data and user permissions for Thomson Reuters (TR) products (Eikon, Datascope, etc.) - 3rd Party Data approvals and permissions - Contract creation and processing - Compliance & Reconciliations - Maintenance of CRM data and systems (Siebel Version 7, Salesforce) - Business analysis and system migration projects - System enhancements: Analyzing, testing, improving system functionalities, contributing to digital transformation

- CRM - - Sales, planning and execution of logistic projects – ship, barge, plane, truck, train - Responsible for client portfolio with transport volume of approx EUR 100k+ / month - Offering multiple kinds of transport solutions to new and existing client base - Creating new business opportunities (additional sales volume of approx. 5k+/year) - Managing customs clearance, im- and exportation for transported goods

Studium der Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre - Vertiefung in Strategy, Leadership, International Management und Personalwesen. Besondere Herausforderung: Vorlesungen, Teamarbeiten und Pruefungen fanden in insgesamt 4 Sprachen statt (English, Deutsch, Franzoesisch und Spanisch).
