In response to accelerated growth in Dubai and UAE market, I formed a Company initially dedicated to safety training in the expanding leisure industry. This had evolved into providing other programmes including trainer coaching and development. My role also included consulting governmental departments and negotiating contracts with clients and international awarding organisations.

Formed and managed the Training Division of a Dubai based security firm. I was responsible for developing and implementing my business plan. Other responsibilities included recruitment and induction of new team members and development, delivery and evaluation of training programmes.

• Immediate Response Team member for the criminal investigation department covering witness and victim interviews, interrogations, searches, arrests and reports. • Lead and supervised an operative anti narcotic unit. • Management support team member of a regional police department preparing reports, planning and organisation of regional actions. • Trained and supervised operative teams of up to 20 police officers conducting investigations and surveillances in the left terrorism field.
