Develop processes and methodologies to support efficient program design strategies. Lead the design and specification of the integrated community health system. Design content and workflows for the mobile apps to be used by community health volunteers and supervisors. Develop dashboards and other analysis tools to support decision-making processes. Define and implement data mining techniques to improve programmatic decision-making. Plan and coordinate capacity building of Ministry of Health technical staff.

Conducted Technology Innovation and Research&Design projects in different domains, e.g. inclusive education or social inclusion. Identified, established and maintained partnerships, and identified and developed ICT solutions to be integrated with partners’ practices. Published, presented and discussed my work on Technology for Development (ICT4D), Participatory and Inclusive Design, and Interaction Design at international scientific events (https://scholar.google.com.br/citations?user=degxafgAAAAJ&hl=en).

Co-wrote two grant proposals that subsequently received funding. (Co-)Published and presented various scientific articles, e.g. on "Human-Data Interaction" or "Socio-Technical Barriers Induced by the Design of Emerging Technologies" (https://scholar.google.com.br/citations?user=degxafgAAAAJ&hl=en) Organized and supervised the publication process of a graduate student workshop.

Conducted projects related to IT installation, upgrade, migration, operations, maintenance, and data archiving with multinational customers in different industries. Planned, coordinated and executed high-risk Unicode migration projects; defined strategy concepts for language roll-outs. Defined and delivered standard globalization consulting service offerings.
