1. Onboarded, trained and supervised 25+ warehouse staff with strong record of meeting schedule and performance goals. 2. Maintained 98% inventory accuracy for 4 months in a row and counting. 3. Engage with support functions or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training etc. 4. Minimised process discrepancies by spread heading budget, supervising staff, and controlling inventory and supply management.

1.Responsible for the strategic demand planning and inventory accuracy of the warehouse. 2.Ensure optimal product quality and high customer satisfaction. 3.The daily control and booking of new inbound deliveries. Coordinate with the Inventory Controller over product availability , quality and inventory accuracy. 4. Receive products from the suppliers and ensure quality and physical count matches the purchase and report inconsistencies to the manager. 5. Keep track of the Out of stock rate (OOS).
