Development of short term strategy, midrange plan and a Strategic Partnership led to successful growth of the account in a challenging environment.

Sales and Marketing responsibility for mobile accessories within Western Europe. Negotiated and signed the first major distributor agreements, grew the business with 82% over two years.

Sales and marketing responsibility for mobile phone accessories within EMEA.

Responsibility for four Market Units reporting to Head of Sales for the region. Joint Venture start up, bridging Sony and Ericsson culture within the local markets and the countries interaction with the regional headquarter.

Successfully drove the budget process (guidelines, targets). Followed up with the markets on the regional strategy on a regular basis. Gathered information and negotiated price points to beat competition
