Successfully managed the very controversial and conflict-prone entry of SONOVA into the German retail market.

PHONAK (SONOVA Group) develops, produces and markets high-tech solutions for better hearing and is the world´s largest hearing instruments manufacturer. Full P&L responsibility for PHONAK (Germany) GmbH and PHONAK Holding (Germany) GmbH. EUR xx m revenue and 150+ employees. B2B2C business model.

HAAG-STREIT (Diagnostics) focusses on the development, manufacturing and international marketing of high-precision mechanical, optical and electronic instruments for ophthalmic diagnostics. Full P&L responsibility, CHF xx m revenue, 250+ employees. Consistent orientation and development of the company towards a high-tech medical device manufacturer. Organic revenue growth of +25% in five years, increasing EBIT by >40%.

Consolidated profit-and-loss responsibility for global OEM business including key account management, product management and development (with development sites on three continents), application engineering and marketing. EUR 40m revenue.

Full P&L responsibility for Siemens Building Technologies Taiwan, EUR 20m revenue, 100+ employees. Successful turn-around of loss-making contracting business by reduction of the risk exposure, stringent contract and change order management, and an operational excellence program.

Initiation and development of the new sales channel Value Adding Partners (system integrators) globally. Revenue growth with system integrators by more than 300% within four years (to EUR 65m in 2005) while maintaining profit margin. Establishment of the global partner programs Siemens Solution Partner and Siemens Approved Distribution Partner of Siemens BT.

Overall project responsibility for the development of a building automation system for system integrators. Planning and coordination of a development project aiming at the integration of several building automation systems.
