• Coordination of sub-projects in the context of the Infineon-Qimonda “Carve-Out” • Separation of the supply chain processes while guaranteeing the continuation of running business • Responsibility for diverse IT-projects (system introduction) • Process documentation, conception and execution of end user trainings incl. system maintenance • Project lead in the system integration of new production sites

• Planning and co-ordination of world-wide production • Logistical routing and flow of goods including needed troubleshooting over the entire logistical supply chain • Project responsibility in diverse “Supply Chain Excellence” projects • Concept definition, development support, supervision and installation of system based business solutions to improve and support existing and also new supply chain processes

• Main responsibility for the “Design-In” Project • Developing a concept for a system to improve the “Business Opportunity Management” • Coordination and monitoring of the system development activities according to specification, organisation and execution of end user trainings • Co-project leader in a complex sales project with focus on installation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (based on SAP)

• General responsibility for the rolling long term (5 year) strategy planning • Analysis and reporting to the Business Line Management • Monthly planning alignment between marketing and logistics
