-Order Management & Processing according to defined business cases based on defined planning & master data parameters including the up-to-date status of the order at any point in time. -Invoicing & shipping management. -Introduce & manage best practice customer relations to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. -Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility.

-Rebalance Inventories between satellites. -Create a close working relationship with the Regional Sales Account Managers and establish ways of efficient and effective communication on business matters. -Prepare for and attend the Customer Focus meetings. -Create and distribute the weekly shortage report. -Identify slow- and no-movers, aged stock and measure progress in OBIEE.
