At Everyday Communications Agency, I was responsible for planning and executing social media content strategies. My role involved both strategic planning and content detail in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Here, I conducted keyword research and SEO planning using Ahrefs and Google Ads, building topic clusters and developing SEO-optimized content aligned with E-E-A-T standards. I optimized on-page elements (meta tags, titles, headings, alt text, internal links), published and edited content on WordPress, produced blog posts and guest posts, built social entities, and monitored daily performance metrics including CTR and traffic.

I research and develop creative content ideas aligned with customer insights. I create content for the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, and Zalo OA. Additionally, I support channel management, monitor performance, and prepare reports to optimize communication effectiveness.
