I had a significant role on my company's mission of digitalizing Human Resources end to end. I was coaching my clients to get rid of unnecessary parts of the recruitment and onboarding processes. I was the key point of contact for my clients and being sure they are pleasant with the service that we offer. As a result of the satisfaction of our solutions I was actively searching for upsell, cross-sell opportunities.
