IIPM has become a key-factor for the IT-2020-strategy by managing essential EA-artefacts (e.g. capability model, etc.) as well as managing application-&project-portfolio. Furthermore key for our EA-Governance process based on project-portfolio and architecture-assessments. IIPM is used as a support model for multi-million strategic and regulatory programs (e.g. GDPR, etc.).

Founder of Application Portfolio Management (APM) as a strategic instrument to manage the merger-program (>1b€) of Postbank Systems with Deutsche Bank (PBC) with foucs on application-&project-portfolio. Setup of a methodological approach supported by a strategic EAM-tool and elaboration of e.g. a long-term investment Strategy incl. migration and decommissioning planning, a comprehensive domain-ownership-concept, a merger-readyness evaluation process and Business Support concept.

Role: IT- Manager Strategic Projects in Global Transaction Management (Cash Management - IT)

Project Manager in a historically global one-of-a kind outsourcing IT-program of the application landscape into IBM’s New Data Centres. Setup planning and execution of logical moves of approximately sixty applications into NDC. Award: Certificate of Excellence.
