She and her team members were finalists in the University of Greenwich Business plan competition “The Greenwich football academy”, received funding £5,000. The University of Greenwich endorsed her with Tier 1 GE Visa as an award. She led the team through daily operations, which included marketing campaigns, cash management, staff management, customer service supports, staff training and appraisals.

Responsible for completing background checks for loan applications, supporting loan department with the process of applications checking and documents arranging, correcting customer data, analysing big amount of data from customer questionnaires, and solving customer enquiries through telephones and emails. These roles included building and establishing client relationships, data analysing, paying attention to details of documents and multi-task managing.

Organised and managed student fair with budget of £15,000. Resulted in 500 new students prospects, an increase of 15% compared to previous years’ prospects. This involved excellent teamwork and creative ideas of increasing exposure. Raised funds of £1,000 for life science society to cover operational costs for the year by teaching and selling small ecosystem bottles. Organised and planned the committee meetings and effectively communicated the agenda and the results of the meetings.
