* Analyzing the financials of the companies in portfolio, evaluating and commenting on the analyzes of junior colleagues and suggesting improvements when necessary. * Presentation of the findings and the analysis to the Vice President and subsequently to the Managing Board, both oral and verbally. * Controlling and monitoring the credit limit and collateral structures of the existing clients. * Revising and redesigning the internal credit processes. * Responsibility of the analyst team of six people.

* Analyzing credit proposals of Commercial Branches, evaluating the acceptability of proposals involving working capital and investment activities. * Coaching six commercial branches about credit customers and their credit proposals. * Presentation of the proposal to the related authorization level (Vice President, Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President) both oral and verbally and give opinion.

* Analyzing PF credit proposals and term sheets mostly in real estate, tourism and infrastructure. * Attending committees with VP and EVP, introducing the customer and inform them about the proposal and give opinion. * Following up the financial situation of the customers and the performances of the projects already in operation. * Assessing the credit proposals sent by the subsidiaries of Akbank (Ak Leasing, Akbank NV and Akbank AG) and presentation to the Board Member (Credits SVP of Akbank T.A.S.)

* Assessing the credit proposals concerning the working capital of the SME companies and reporting the assessment to the manager with own opinion.

* Analyzing the credit proposals in SME segment and reporting the assessment to the Vice President with own opinion.

* Marketing of the banking products (such as PoS, credit cards, overdraft loans, internet banking etc.) specificly targeting small and medium size companies and providing them banking service with daily financial needs. * Bringing in new customers and trying to increase the total portfolio size and the profitability of the branch.
