Focus: Fail-Safe Redundant Systems (SIL 3) • Engineered a 1002 redundant architecture to achieve SIL 3 compliance, implementing a fail-safe state logic (All Red) to mitigate failures.

Defined safety-critical svstem requirements for motion control stability and fail-safe operation of a Mecanum-wheeled robot.

Worked on the firmware development for 8-bit and 16-bit microcontrollers used in automated washing machine control units.

Worked on a project involving a microcontroller-based voltage stabilizer.

Assisted in the assembly and testing of Power Inverters and Home UPS systems.

Key focus :- • Design of redundant systems (1002, CCF Mitigation) and probabilistic modeling (lambda,MTTF, Weibull). • Execution of the V-Model (IEC 61508, ISO 26262) using FMEA, FTA, FMEDA.
