Process orders received from customers, confirming receipt including interfacing with the Finance department. Raise commercial invoices for Logistics and manage export/freight requirements. Manage customer and company expectations for re-stock of goods and customer deliveries. Manage inventories daily and report out information regularly. Process status sheets to ensure parts removed from stock and keep records for departments. Tracking cargo in transit to ensure stable flow of goods.
