Be focused on implementation of changes in ERP and execution of projects. 6. Lead in complex projects from application team side. 7. Implement change and release management processes.

Analyze business processes of the company in Russia and Ukraine offices. Propose the solutions to enhance business processes and the ERP system. Drive change management and release processes for ERP development. Collect business requirements and prepare functional specifications for the developers. Present and work on the new functionality with key application users. Implementation of ERP upgrade project for Russian office.
