Hired to relaunch the Best brand Specialising within the IT Recruitment sector, focusing on senior appointments across the UK & Europe. Operating from Leeds and Birmingham reporting directly to the Managing Director of Professional Staffing.

Ian held P&L responsibility for the Computer People northern permanent division, with a revenue target of £5.3m and a contribution target of £2.1m. His region extended from Newcastle upon Tyne, Leeds, Sheffield, Manchester, Nottingham and Birmingham. His remit included growing revenue and profitability year on year by 25%. This was achieved through his ability to identify niche markets and recruit new talent and develop them into successful fee earners.
